Strategy of the Fund

Our investment strategy is founded on reliable data related to population growth and market demand in

the State of Florida. Based on the economic pressures in surrounding States, combined with the lucrative availability of jobs, and the added bonus in cheaper cost of living, people and families are moving to Florida in one of the largest domestic mass migrations in our recent history. Fitting with the daily increasing population, the cost of housing in Florida is increasing alongside the demand.

Just as demand is increasing, the availability of properties is equally decreasing. Sunshine Capital Opportunity Fund has already begun an extensive fundraising and acquisition process and is looking to increase our portfolio by more than 100 units this year.

Sunshine Capital will focus its initial efforts within the counties showing the most exponential growth and opportunity for expansion. Our initial mandate will include Broward County, Miami-Dade County, Palm Counties, and will increasingly expand to other territories throughout all of Florida.
